As both owner and esthetician, she seamlessly blends beauty, connection, and a sharp eye for detail—creating an experience that feels equal parts luxury and home. You’ll find her at the front of the salon, greeting clients, setting the tone, and making sure every person who walks in feels seen, comfortable, and taken care of. Her approach is simple: great service, real relationships, and a space where everyone feels like they belong. A proud boy mom and wife to her husband John, Lisa’s life outside the salon is just as full. You can always spot her in the stands cheering, she loves nothing more than watching her boys play and being their biggest supporter. Owning a salon and spa has always been a dream—and bringing it to life alongside her sister made it even more meaningful. Together, they’ve built a space that reflects who they are: a little rebel, a little refined, and completely rooted in making people feel confident in their own skin.

Elana is passionate about helping guests feel relaxed, confident, and glowing in their skin. Specializing in corrective facial treatments, brow and lash tinting, and customized facials, she creates results-driven experiences that leave guests feeling rejuvenated—inside and out. Her approach blends relaxation with intention, ensuring every service is both restorative and effective. She strives to create a space where guests can fully unwind while achieving visible, lasting results. Outside of Rebel & Rose, she enjoys spending time with friends, indulging in great food and drinks, and rewatching the same four shows from beginning to end.

She is dedicated to providing each guest with a comfortable, elevated experience while crafting looks that seamlessly complement their lifestyle. Outside of the salon, Danielle enjoys spending time outdoors with my dogs, attending sporting events, and unwinding on her porch

Molly has 13 years of experience and a true eye for effortless, elevated blonding. From bright, dimensional foils to soft, lived-in balayage, blondes are her signature—and she knows exactly how to tailor each look to feel modern, natural, and uniquely you. Her energy is magnetic—always positive, always uplifting—and she’s known for being the stylist who makes it happen. Molly never says no, going above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and completely taken care of. As a mom of two girls, she understands the beauty of low-maintenance, high-impact hair that fits real life while still feeling luxe. She also specializes in tape-in and weft extensions, creating seamless length and fullness that blends flawlessly. Time in Molly’s chair is more than just an appointment—it’s an experience rooted in good energy, trust, and beautiful results.

Outside of Rebel & Rose, she enjoys time with friends and family, staying active, and constantly learning through social media to stay ahead of the newest beauty trends.
Tony Sordillo

Tony is a seasoned hairstylist with over 50 years of experience in the beauty industry. Originally from Italy, he moved to the United States at 15 and quickly found his passion behind the chair. Over the years, Tony has built a loyal following in the Concord community and is known for his skill, warm personality, and dedication to his clients. When he’s not at the salon, Tony loves cheering on his grandchildren at their sporting events, enjoying date nights with Maria, and vacationing with his family. And if you’re in the salon, you’ll likely hear him singing in the shampoo room — one of the many things that brings his fun energy to the space.

With over 25 years in the beauty industry, Lindsay brings passion and expertise to every client she meets. She specializes in highlighting and gray blending, helping guests achieve natural, radiant results. At Rebel & Rose Beauty House, she loves collaborating with her talented team and meeting new people. Outside the salon, she enjoys traveling with family and friends and spending time with her husband, Gary, and their two children, Shaun and Janina.
